Talma is a family-run hill in Sipoo, about 30 km east of Helsinki, and one of the most popular after-work slopes for east-side commuters. The Dec to Mar window relies on cold weather and snowmaking, so it is built for short, frequent visits rather than week-long trips.
The 12 pistes are short and shaped mainly around park progression and learner runs, with little fall line to challenge stronger skiers. This is a hill for first-timers, families, and freestylers chasing laps in the park rather than anyone hunting long descents.
